Too lazy to do the full backlog data this week. We'll do it again next week.
Observations? "Powerviolence" is a stupid name for a subgenre, but "fast and furious metallic hardcore" is one of my go-to jams over the last couple of years and Nails are (were?) really good at it.
Zedi Forder is the wild card of the week: if you're into Pain of Salvation, Jolly, etc.? Check Isolation out, it's probably got something to your taste on it and it is (was?) pay-what-you-want at Bandcamp when I picked it up a couple of months ago.
Pointless side opinion: I no longer give a fraction of a shit about separating EPs from full-lengths on best-of lists. I never really have, but more than ever, 2020 has driven home that there are so many more significant things to do than worry about all of those arbitrary bullshit distinctions.
